I believe strongly that the success of a business starts with the culture of leadership, resilience and desire for success of every individual within the orgainsation. All those working within it must have the skills, competence, detemination and self-belief to work at their optimum in order to contribute to their team and organisation, regardless of their role. From my extensive experience of working in the most austere and challenging of environments as a nurse in the British Army for 25 years, I appreciate that this requires trust and takes time to develop. I have worked with companies in retail, construction, engineering and the third sector for charities as well as the Armed Forces in UK and abroad.

The length of the programme is up to you. This may be from a few weeks to several years depending on your business needs and those of your teams.  
 
I have access to other consultancies with coaches and facilitators with the same philosphy and values as myself should you need several programmes to be delivered concurrently.
